She now coaches others by drawing from her own journey of navigating career pivots, mastering workplace dynamics, and building a personal brand rooted in purpose.

Jennifer launched her travel occupational therapy career on instinct—spinning a globe, landing on Idaho, and jumping into her first contract with just one certainty: she was ready to grow. Since then, she’s worked across the country, blending clinical impact with personal exploration. Her experience navigating contracts, adapting to new environments, and building community on the road allows her to coach fellow travelers with authenticity and practical wisdom.

A natural leader since her undergraduate days, Jennifer has led in a variety of settings: campus organizations, clinical teams, church ministries, and digital platforms. She was nationally recognized as a 35 Under 35 honoree by Sigma Kappa Sorority and serves as an alumni leader for the University of Texas System. Jennifer is also a founding leader of a special needs ministry in her hometown and has been selected for several distinguished leadership and alumni groups.
