Why Just Empower Next Exists

My first blog post, what do I write? Let me introduce myself. My name is Jennifer Sanchez, although I have several nicknames, one being Jen. After occupational therapy school, I wanted to continue to grow, so I was thinking of either going to law school or business school and eventually chose the latter. I've always been drawn to leadership and evolving business practices. As I was getting my MBA, business brainstorming began: What if this? Or that? Or maybe not?

One day I was talking to my brother (aka Bubba), and I will never forget when he told me, "You have a gift to empower others." During a flight, I started thinking, I want to create something meaningful and empowering for others. That really encompasses who I am as both a person and a professional.

On a piece of napkin, I wrote out "JEN," and then it naturally came to me that my mission is to Just Empower Next. After I landed, I formed the LLC and began dreaming up how I could use my experiences and knowledge to empower others.

It's been over a year since I've been working on this project, but I'm the type of person who waits until the moment feels right. And that moment is finally here, welcome to it!
